Health Tips

Yes we all know it's hard to stay healthy and to eat healthy too. But it isn't as hard as you think! If your like me and love to get a great workout in the week then this will be a breeze. There are 5 main ways to stay fit and healthy, here's how:

1) Eat healthy! Making sure that you get enough energy for the day is key. Make sure that you never skip meals especially breakfast! When you skip your first meal of the day, you will not be able to have enough energy and before you know it you will be tired, hungry and in a bad mood all because you skipped them few spoon fulls of weetabix! Also another great tip is to eat fresh fruit! It's cheap, easy and healthy when you are craving for a chocolate bar or a bag of crisps it's not hard to pick up a banana or an apple. Trust me it's the best option.

2) Exercise! Getting at least 30 mins (for adults) of exercise a day is more than enough. If your below the age of 16 getting at least 60 mins a day is fine. It's easy to just throw yourself onto your couch and do nothing, but when you exercise you have more energy and those pounds will just fall straight off! If your stuck on ideas on where and what to do for exercise then how about you get some information off a friend or a relative. Or you can join the local gym or activity center i'm sure that they will have loads to offer. But if your the type that doesn't like indoor activities then going for a bike ride or walk around the park is just fine too.

3) Water, Water, Water! That's all you need to drink. Plenty of water will not just only help you lose weight but it's a great fluid that will give glowing skin and will strengthen skin and nourish it too. Fizzy drinks are a big no, no. Not only will they make you tired and unhealthy but it will rot and damage your teeth too. Milk and water are both great options.

4) Sleep! You approximately need around 8-9 hours of sleep (which I am guilty of). This will not only make you not tired in the mornings but will also help your metabolism and energy too. I know that this may be difficult to some people but it's the best way to keep you going throughout the day.

5) Cheat Day! My favorite day of the week is cheat day. After exercising for 6 days, eating right and going to bed on time, the cheat day brakes all them rules and you can do whatever! Reward yourself with a bowl of ice-cream or some chocolate. It's just what you need to end the week in a right way!

I hope that these healthy hints have helped, as they have certainly helped me!

Back Up Outfit...

There's always that one time where your in a sticky situation (fashion crisis) and you need a angel to come down and give you a outfit, right? Well we all know that will not happen, so keeping a a spare pair of clothes either in your car or at home is very helpful. When you are deciding what clothes you will keep aside you have to think logically. Make sure that you can wear it hot or cold, formal or informal. I would also keep a pair of comfy shoes as well, you never know when you might need it!

Them Times...

Spring is officially here guys ! It's a great excuse to go out and buy a new wardrobe, I know i'll be doing that over the holidays.Anyways, the problem that I am always faced with is what to wear on a certain occasion. Whether it's a family get together or a friends birthday, I can never decide what to wear and at times it's quite frustrating and time consuming. So, I've made a list of outfits that will be great when i'm in a bit of a sticky situation !

Family get together:
This blouse tucked in a pair of jeans with ballet flats and a across body bag.

Lunch with friends:
Pair this with heels or flats and a handbag, do not wear a lot of accessories as you want to bring attention to the stripes on the dress.

Birthday party:
Pair this with a clutch bag and some heels. Do not over do the accessories.

I hope this has helped!

Anyways, to start your weekend off I have this nail tutorial to share with you all. I have been spotting this design on the red carpet recently (as it will say in the video).
